Meet Our Pup, Beesly

Beesly, our tiny and mighty Boston Terrier, is a huge part of our life. We adopted her in the beginning of the pandemic, and learning to navigate puppy parenting was our pandemic skill set. She loves to follow our niece around the house our niece believes she is a live action version of her favorite cartoon. Beesly is curious, affectionate, and loves to cuddle. She cannot wait to be a big (little) sister!

Wondering how we named her Beesly? At the beginning of the pandemic, Jess went through emergency surgery to remove her appendix. Being in California, far away from family, it was in her recovery moments that it dawned on her how much she wanted a pet, and to have a family of her own. Gary had never had a dog growing up, so he followed Jessica's lead. She always had big dogs growing up, and really wanted to find a Boston Terrier to bring home. Once we found a puppy, the countdown began. At the same time, we watched a lot of "the Office" during the pandemic. We contemplated with all sorts of food names for our future puppy, but finally landed on Beesly, like Pam Beesly from 'The Office'.
